  • What is CB Cleanings' cancellation policy?
    At CB Cleanings, we understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place to ensure that we can accommodate the needs of all our clients efficiently. If you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation charges.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 48 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • How often can I schedule cleaning services?
    We understand that every home and business has unique cleaning needs. You can schedule our cleaning services as frequently as needed, whether it's a one-time deep clean, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance cleanings.
