The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Payments Accepted

We accept Cash, Check, Venmo and Credit Card payments. We also have the option to send our clients an online invoice via PayPal. All payments are due at the completion of the services (unless specified otherwise ).

Cancellation Policy

For all scheduled service(s) cancelled prior to 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning no cancellation fee will incur.

If a scheduled service is cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice, there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
