Every new employee of CB Cleanings Janitorial Services is subjected to comprehensive training program covering an extensive range of fields which includes:
Employee Orientation

Employees are provided with an employee handbook to familiarize themselves with all sorts of information presented there.
Safety Training Programs

Through this training phase, employees familiarize themselves with advance cleaning techniques, usage of different products and disinfectants as well as equipment handling. Every performance is carefully supervised by a superintendent. Whether the employee will be qualified for the next level or not depends on the speed and accuracy in the assigned task.
Provisional Assignment

Every new joinee who qualifies the initial training rounds is then appointed on provision. They fill in the positions of absent staffs or workers on vacation, and they are guided further by our expert team.
Permanent Position

Each new employee will be given a permanent position after he or she successfully completed the training phase. They can join our team of professionals and gather on-site experience.
